A deposit of $500 confirms your spot in the New Year’s Retreat.

Final payment is due by November 1, 2026. You will receive an email with a payment link a few weeks prior.

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your payment (minus deposit & transaction fees) if cancellation is made by November 1, 2026.

Any cancellations made after November 1, 2026 will receive a full refund (minus deposit & transaction fees), as long as your spot is filled by someone else.

If the retreat is canceled due to a natural disaster / pandemic, you will receive a full credit towards a future retreat within one calendar year.
